This nice place to live is available for a maximum of 2 people.
Layout chalet
Entrance through spacious conservatory, living/dining room with open fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with good quality box springs and plenty of closet space, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washer/dryer.
Nature and environment
The chalet is located on a rugged nature reserve with forest, shrubbery, orchard and herb-rich grassland.
Both the living room and the garden offer a beautiful view over the rolling farmlands and forests of the moraine. The conservatory is in fact a sheltered place to stay in the middle of nature: rain and wind all around and yet dry, quickly pleasantly warm as soon as the sun shines (passive energy). The utility garden is also a good place to relax: a picnic table, lazy garden chairs and a fire pit are available, among other things.

Landscape
The chalet is located in the moraine basin of the hiking community of Berg en Dal, close to the German border. An ideal base for cross-border explorations by bike or on foot. From the heights of wooded hills and slopes with magnificent views and deep (spring) valleys, you go downhill to the river plains of Rhine or Maas with age-old hedge landscapes. Traverse the exceptionally varied landscape with geopaths, nature and culture trails. Discover nature reserves, fortified houses, museums and visit the cozy villages and historic towns with welcoming culinary restaurants. Hit your hole-in-one on the Groesbeek golf course. Reserve and cancel
First come, first served. The reservation sum is 40% of the total rent (number of months times rent). In case of cancellation, the reservation costs will be charged by the landlord.

Deposit: € 2000 (to be paid together with the first monthly price)
Service costs (fiberglass, TV package, waste container, garden maintenance): € 100.00
